Refund policy


We want you to love your TalkLess order. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work:

Returns

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in the same condition you received them

  • With original tags and packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

  • Supported with photos if requested

To start a return, contact us at info@talklessbrand.com We’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless we made an error or the item arrived defective. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

Please check your order when it arrives. If it’s defective, damaged, or the wrong item, contact us right away so we can fix it.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some products can’t be returned:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items (unless defective)

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? The quickest way is to return your item, then place a new order once your return is accepted.


EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order ships to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags and packaging, and include proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If so, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Note: banks and card providers may take extra time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed and you haven’t received it, please email us at info@talklessbrand.com.
